My name is Gladys Christopher and I have been an Administrator at Sterling Healthcare for 4 1/2 years.

I graduated from Temple University with my B.S.W. in 1989, and obtained my M.S.W. in 1991.

I worked in the field of hospital social work when I first graduated Graduate School, and shortly afterwards while I was the Director of Social Work at Medford Nursing Home, I realized my calling: I have been a Nursing Home Administrator for over 20 years and I love what I do!

My parents are both residents at Sterling. They enjoy living here and I absolutely love seeing them daily.

Along with our entire team, I implement Nationwide’s Mission Statement, promoting our residents’ dignity by individualizing their care plans.

We meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each of our residents on an individual basis, and create a homelike environment with our very cozy lobby that features a fireplace, and by providing a private area for our residents and their families to meet.

At Sterling, our residents come first. We are honored to be working in their home.
