Community Celebrates 100th Birthday of Sterling Resident and Navy Veteran Otis Evans
Sterling resident Otis Evans celebrated his 100th birthday with fanfare and support from the entire community, including local police and firefighters, as well as Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlo.
Mr. Evans is a Navy veteran, a father of five, and a former resident of Chester.
